Who We Are
Led by Stuart Horwich and Christina Enever, US Company Services LLP is a London based firm that helps clients successfully navigate their way through the complexities of compliantly setting up a company in the US.
We established our firm so that we could provide our clients with complete solutions through our in-house services and longstanding relationships with related service providers. We support our clients right from the beginning determination stage through company planning and the necessary action stages. It is this principle that sets us apart from others and provides real value to our clients.
STUART HORWICH
Stuart is a U.S. attorney licensed in the District of Columbia, who has spent his career specialising in international tax issues. He has previously worked for the Department of Justice, the SEC and was a founding partner of UK US Tax Services LLP, a U.S. based accounting firm that specialises in the accounting requirements of clients.
A dual citizen of the US and the UK, Stuart has lived in Europe for over 20 years. He is currently based in London where he advises clients on audits, U.S. individual and corporate tax.

CHRISTINA ENEVER
Christina has spent the past 5 years acting as the head of day to day operations for the London office of a U.S. tax company, specialising in international tax advice and preparation for returns of U.S. tax. Previously to this, Christina has spent 8 years working in the city of London in corporate finance.
A graduate from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, Christina moved to the UK in 2006.
